One of the safest towns in Florida, Cape Coral is located on the beautiful Caloosahatchee River with over 400 miles of canals. It is a boaters' paradise and a great place to explore. Cape Coral is a short distance from the Gulf beaches, Ft. Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.
Our home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The floor plan has a wide open living room, kitchen, and dining area that connects to a screened lanai with a heated pool. The home is located on intersecting canals, which have direct access (no bridges) to the Gulf of Mexico. Looking down the canal from the pool, the view of the sunsets are spectacular. Bring or rent a boat and use the boat lift that is on the property.
