Our home is situated in Kissimmee, within 20 minutes of Disney & all major attractions, many restaurants & golf courses within 5 minutes. It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, with a 4th room converted into a games room...this houses a foosball table, TV, DVD player, PS2 and games. There is also a futon bed in this room, the house is within a walled & gated community. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect...a home away from home.
We have off road parking for 2 cars. The heated hottub on the private screened patio with lake view, is perfect for relaxing after a hard day holidaying!!!

Great Place to Stay - Stayed Twice, September 23, 2009

I stayed here back in Feb '08 for business and I liked it so much I came back with my family and some friends in Aug '09 to go to Disney. Its a great place to stay, nicely furnished, plenty of room (there were 4 adults and 4 kids on this last trip), cable, etc. I had a chance to spend some time in the pool this last trip, and it was really, really nice. This unit has full internet wireless access, which was good because my work had an emergency and I had to log into several servers to fix stuff remotely. Its location is right along the main drag; there are plenty of shops, stores and restaurants around, and its fairly close to Disney. The "bang for your buck" at this place is terrific. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was gorgeous and just right for our needs, much better than staying in a hotel. Lots of space, good little kitchen and the washing machine was very handy. The hot tub was great and perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the parks with a lovely view over the lake. The location was spot on, perfect for Disney and close to other attractions too.

We had a great time at your townhouse. Everything worked well and it was nice and quiet as usual. Your townhouse is really in a great location close to Disney, airport , restaurants and Super Target.
If you get a chance go to the Al Capone dinner theater it is almost walking distance from Coral Cay.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us on our vacation! The condo was well kept and very comfortable. We had no problem settling in for our week stay.
