Enjoy our beautiful home located in one of Marco's most exclusive neighborhoods. With a southern exposure, the spacious lanai is sunlit all day. Spacious great room with entertainment center and cable TV overlooks inland waterway. Kitchen opens to pool and covered dining area in lanai. Master bedroom has sliders to lanai sitting area, huge walk in closet and master bath with walk-in shower and bath. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two have queens and share a fully appointed bath. One has two twins with it's own full bathroom. There is a lovely sitting area off of great room next to a large den/office with high speed internet and a separate formal dinning room next to kitchen. There is a full laundry room just inside two car garage. Minutes to Tigertail Beach, South Beach, public library, restaurants and shopping.
