Our fully air conditioned home with large heated pool & jacuzzi spa sleeps up to 12 in comfort and is located in peaceful surroundings backing onto orange trees. Just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and all the amenities and attractions of the area and offering easy access to the Interstate and the beautiful beaches of the West Coast. Our excellent Management Company will provide 24 hour support to you during your stay.
The villa enjoys a very peaceful position with a large gas heated pool and jacuzzi backing onto a conservation area of orange trees. The pool can be floodlit and has a full array of pool furniture and a barbecue for dining al fresco on the lanai. Child safety alarm fitted on the pool door.
Fitted out to a high standard and fully equipped, the house accommodates up to 12 people in five bedrooms with two additional single rollaway beds. The house has 2270 square feet of air conditioned open plan living space with vaulted ceilings.

There is a formal dining room, breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Amenities include cable TV, VCR & films, DVD & films, Nintendo & games, CD player, selection of toys and pool inflatables. The villa has free wireless internet and free phone calls to landlines within the continental United States and Canada.
The master queen bedroom has cable TV & VCR and a large en suite bathroom with walk in closet. A further queen double bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. A further double bedroom and two twin bedrooms share a third family bathroom.
The house is fully equipped including a fully equipped laundry room, cot, travel cot, barbecue, hairdryer and highchair for the use of guests. There is a games room with 7 ft air hockey table, foosball, casino games, etc. plus seating. Swimming towels are also provided.
