As you can see in our photos, this is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the incredible views of the Rubicon Canal, the private boat docks and heated pool from our spacious screened in lanai. Our unit is significantly more spacious at 1700 square feet compared to most of the available rentals typically listing at 1200 to 1500 square feet.
All furnishings are top shelf and are brand new for your pleasure. Entrance foyer, kitchen, living room and dining area have tile floors. The bedrooms are carpeted and include a master suite with a king bed and a guest room with a queen bed. In addition, the sitting room, which includes a Lazy-Boy sofa bed with air mattress, is also carpeted.
Living room entertainment center includes a 40 inch wide screen HDTV with cable, DVD player, CD player and home theater stereo system with five speakers.
