Enjoy the extra space, peace, tranquility and one floor living with this lovely Mediterranean style home with traditional terra cotta tile roof in New Port Richey’s upscale section of Gulf Harbor. This home is ideally located where two intersecting canals meet for optimal water viewing. Almost all of the rooms have some water view.
The Florida room has large sliding windows overlooking the water. The master bedroom suite has sliding glass doors out to the lanai for full canal viewing. The master bath has been completely renovated by ReBath and has an easy walk in large shower and a higher toilet ideal for seniors. Wainscot adds the finishing touch to the bath. There is a nicely decorated living room and a comfortable, bright Florida room. You can dine out in our fully screened lanai overlooking the backyard with ornamental trees and a big pineapple palm, or in the dining room.

January, February, and March rentals are $2000;
December and April rentals are $1900, other months call for even more discounts. Rent two months, get a $100 discount. Rent three months, get a $200 discount.
To reserve your rental month, 25% of monthly rental deposit is required. The rent balance, $500 security deposit, and 9% Florida accommodation tax is due 45 days before check in. Cancel less than 45 days before check in date, will result in forfeiture of the rental deposit unless re-rented your rental amount, then all but $100 of the rental deposit will be returned. Rented less than your rental amount, rental deposit will be returned minus the rental difference and $100.Your $500 security deposit will be held during your rental period until after satisfacory inspection of the property after check out, and after receipt of electric bill.

There is of course, central air, washer and dryer and an attached garage for your vehicle. The kitchen has everything needed, pots and pans, dishes, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, disposal and a brand new stainless steel ceramic cook top stove and a new microwave oven.
Enjoy fishing on your private dock with built in benches or just sun bathe, bird watch and watch for dolphins swimming along your sea wall at high tide. Bring your small boat or rent one and dock it for free at your dock. There is a public golf course and club house a short walk away where bingo and other activities are available. Enjoy swimming, sun bathing, and cooking out at Gulf Harbor’s private beach club which offers covered tables, grills, restrooms and wonderful picture opportunities of the setting sun. Drive your car down to the beach or ride the complementary men and women bikes we provide. We also have a bike carrier that fits most vehicles if you want to enjoy the well known Pinellas Bike Trail or other bike trials in the area.
New Port Richey is centrally located along the Gulf of Mexico. It is about a 30 minute drive to Tampa’s Bush Gardens, Ybor City, museums and other Tampa attractions. Tarpon Springs with its famous Greek Restaurants and sponge docks is about 20 minutes away. Saint Petersburg is also not far as is Homosassa Springs and Weeki Wachee Spring Water Park. Disney and other Orlando parks are about 90 minutes away.
The city of New Port Richey has some lovely downtown shops and restaurants as well as a beautiful park along the Cottee River. There is an interesting tiki style restaurant along the Cottee River called the Crab Shack that you can visit by car or even use a boat and dock it right at the restaurant. There are cinemas, a huge indoor flea market, the Gulf View Square mall, casino boat tours, horseback riding, all kinds of boar rentals, just about everything you could want in a vacation, as well as many public golf courses within the area. There are grocery stores and just about every chain restaurant within a short drive away.
Your rental includes standard cable, reasonable departure cleaning fee,(maximum of $100), Gulf Harbor Private Beach Club pass, and a $100 monthly allowance for electricity. Past tenants use little or no extra electricity over the $100 allowance.
