Our unit(B 501), is a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit with a bunk room. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd has 2 twin beds, and the bunk room has 2 bunk beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa for more available sleeping room. The kitchen is completely furnished, from stainless steel appliances to granite kitchen counter tops. each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans, the balcony is 8 feet deep... for plenty of outdoor lounging. This is the most exciting resort now on the market!
We have several condos in the Panama City Beach area and as nice as those units are, the quality of this unit at Waterscape is the greatest of any other units on the rental market. Try us and you will agree. We look forward to meeting your vacationing needs for this year and many years to come.

Waterscape is perfect for weddings, honeymoons, family vacations, golf outings, fishing trips, business meetings, or an ocean front holiday retreat. At Waterscape, residents have many ways to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. Going for a walk or jog on the beach and swimming in the gulf and pools are great ways to stay fit, but Waterscape also offers a convenient fitness center to keep residents in top shape. With a selection of fitness equipment, from cardio to strength training, the fitness center allows residents to exercise at their own pace. We're even planning to add an LCD screen (shown at right) to each cardio machine, so fitness buffs can keep up on the news, weather and entertainment.
Okaloosa Island is located between Fort Walton Beach and Destin Florida. Known for its silky, brilliant white sand and emerald green waters Okaloosa Island has a picturesque pier and boardwalk that features nightly entertainment, great seafood restaurants, shopping, and some of the most incredible sunsets ever seen. Recreational activities include pontoon and wave runner rentals, parasailing, snorkeling, sunset cruises and sightseeing cruises. A special place of interest on Okaloosa Island is the Gulfarium, this is one of the oldest aquariums in the country and fun for the entire Okaloosa Island is only 35 miles to Pensacola Florida and 60 miles to Panama City Beach, yet it seems thousands of miles away because there are no high rises, no crowds, and no traffic? just miles and miles of sand, sea, incredible fun and natural beauty.
