This adorable 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is 800 square feet of pure relaxation. It sleeps four and is clean, comfortable and modern. The rooms are large and the kitchen is fully renovated with a trei ceiling, ceiling fan and wine rack. The oversized bedroom has a hugh walk-in closet and remote ceiling fan. Condo opens to a beautifully landscaped garden and a very short walk (about 50 feet) through the highrise tunnel gets you to the beach and pool. All amenities are included: waste disposal, electric under $75/mo, water, onsite outgoing and incoming post office boxes, washer/dryer, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, boating, biking, tennis, basketball, and shopping in beautiful downtown Venice Island. Its carport parking is just outside the lanai for easy loading or unloading, the grounds are impeccable, and the people extremely nice and social (lots of snowbirds having fun).
