This very nice condo is located in a gated, adult community with 24 hour security. The area is nicely landscaped and convenient to nearby grocery stores, beauty salons(for the women), restaurants and attractions. Major airports are within a short driving distance and are easily accessible.
The condo has its own parking space under a new carport. The community barbecue is located at the pool. It is about a one minute walk to the pool and tennis court. The main pool, the main tennis courts, fitness center and hottub are located at the main clubhouse.

There is also a one time association transfer charge of approximately $300. The association maintains a cashless policy, so credit cards must be used for the dining room and bar, green fees etc.
