Twin Gables Cottage is located in the heart of Sarasota Florida, just a couple of blocks from Sarasota Bay in the historic ''West of Trail'' neighborhood of Bungalow Hill. The cottage is peacefully situated in a neighborhood known for its quaint, tree lined streets, yet just a few minutes walk or bike ride to the Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Bayfront Park, and all the amenities of downtown Sarasota. The beach on Siesta Key, rated top ten in the country by Travel Channel, is a short car ride away. Other readily accessible cultural amenities include the Ringling Museum and the Sarasota Opera.

Built in 1925 in the Gothic Revival style. Recently fully renovated, Twin Gables combines the best of old and new, including a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Tastefully decorated with original art and comfortably furnished, Twin Gables Cottage contains three spacious bedrooms and two full baths. The living room boasts a 1920's period fireplace. The dining room has original double sided bookcases. Glimmering cherry wood floors and high ceilings run through the living, dining and kitchen with tile in the laundry and first floor bath. Two sets of French doors lead to the ample front porch. The oversized backyard patio with dining for six, is nestled under several large shade trees. The second floor is fully carpeted.
As the sun goes down, enjoy a drink on the front porch before taking a stroll to Bayfront Park to catch the magnificent sunsets. Then head to the restaurants and shops on Main Street or venture further within West of Trail to the boutiques and eateries near Morton's Market.
