Captiva Island is captivating!Family friendly bring your pet And this home couldn't have a nicer location. You're just five houses from the beautiful white sands of the island's Gulf of Mexico beach, which will most likely become your preferred route for the few minutes' stroll to the nearby village. Imagine the sun setting over your shoulder as you walk in the evening to one of Captiva's great restaurants for dinner and to hear some island music, or to browse the shops.
Of course, you may prefer to stay in an evening and enjoy barbecuing and dining on our private, screened in lanai beside the heated pool or curling up with a book on one of our chaises when you return from the beach. It's a wonderful, relaxing area!
Inside you'll find a comfortable living room, well appointed and outfitted kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms and two baths. While this home is completely modern, it is nestled in an area of the island that still has that ''Old Florida'' feel.

While everything you may need is within a few square blocks, you might want to venture out to explore Captiva and Sanibel, maybe visit the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, world class shops and art galleries, fabulous restaurants or even play a round of golf or a set of tennis. There are other beaches to explore, and boat rentals or excursion boats to get you out on the beautiful aquamarine waters to see dolphin or catch your evening meal.
