This Mediterranean style gated community, a mere 4 miles to Ft. Myers Beach and Times Square with its restaurants and shops, is graced by lush landscaping accented with pretty lakes. It's a beautiful setting in which to enjoy your well deserved vacation.
This comfortable and fully equipped condo is spacious and offers what you desire for an extended stay.
Walk in the front door and you will appreciate the open feeling of the living, dining and kitchen -- all nicely and tastefully decorated. The split floor plan places the master bedroom at one end of the unit and the guest rooms at the other. The master has a private bath and its own TV, and there is a full guest bath. The laundry is right in the unit.
The unit has many windows and you will enjoy sitting outside in the middle of winter basking in the morning sun on your open air balcony.
High speed internet is available for a nomial monthly charge, as is premium cable service.
