The home has a master bedroom with oversize walk-in shower & soaking tub plus his and hers basins & closets, sliding patio door to balcony. There is a large family room with sliding patio door to the balcony and a kitchen-diner and utility room with all appliances with French doors to the balcony. There are two additional guest bedrooms with bathroom & ''Jack & Jill'' half bath. Opposite also is a completely separate toilet & washand basin which can be used by anyone in the house. There is also an additional large media/bonus room above the garage. It's a double garage plus pavers drive. The first floor entry has a storage cupboard and stairway to the accommodation.

Bell Tower Park itself has a fantastic club house with heated pools, spa, barbeque area, tennis & basketball courts, games room and fitness center. Conveniently set just north of US 41, the property is within reasonable walking distance of many restaurants, bars & exclusive shopping malls. It is also a brief 15 minute drive to the many local white sugar sand beaches. South West Florida International Airport is less than 20 minutes away. Sanibel & Captiva Islands are 25 minutes and Naples is 30 minutes!

This property is the owners personal get away & is furnished with high end window treatments & furniture and fittings. It would probably suit active baby boomers who respect other peoples property & wish to maintain a quality & standard of living similar to their own whilst on vacation.

Previous customer comments: With a little trepidation we booked everything online based on the pictures and the virtual tour. On arrival we were more than pleasently suprised, the house,location plus beautiful furniture & decor was better than many 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The huge lake view balcony became our prefered eating spot whilst my husband found himself an excellent hideaway in the bonus room above the garage whilst I could watch the TV in the living room without disturbing each other, the layout is really that spacious. The master bedroom is to die for with a massive walk in shower. We would love to visit again and have no hesitation in recommending this property to our friends. Additionally Bell Tower Park is super convenient for shops,beaches & the airport, also the Everglades are just over an hours drive away.

We recently stayed here. We found that the write up on this location is exactly the way it is, beautiful and quiet. The view of the lake was enjoyable. All our meals were on the lanai. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The gated community is well cared for and very peaceful. We enjoyed the house and found it to be like new. To sum up our experience here it was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We will stay here again.
