Beachfront luxury condo in Indian Rocks Beach, FL (between Clearwater and Tampa/St. Petersburg) on the Gulf of Mexico. Great family beach! You will have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from the windows, the sliding glass doors, and the private balcony for our unit.
The condo has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and 2 Twins), 2 full bathrooms, a Sleeper Sofa (Queen) in the living/family room, all new appliances, and all new furniture. The condo has a private balcony with the convenience and safety of private spiral stairs leading directly to a heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables lounge chairs and tables, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills that are all within a distance of 75 feet. It is just 100 feet to the private, white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo easily sleeps 6-8 in luxurious comfort. Everything(including towels and linens) is provided -- the only thing you need are your groceries and beach supplies. Included also are covered, assigned parking right next to the elevator and plenty of parking for guests, however a car is not essential because the Sun Coast Trolley will take you all the way from St. Pete Beach to Sand Key (Clearwater) daily with unlimited stops in-between for just one price! 24/7 professional property management and professional cleaning service dedicated specifically to this unit attend to any need you may have during your stay.
