This great value home situated just one mile south of Interstate 4 just off the US27 in a quiet cul-de-sac,is within 15 minutes drive of Disney. We have a private south east facing, fully screened heatable pool (15x30) with extended pool deck. Enjoy the sun all day, as you swim or relax in between or after action-packed days.
Our home is equipped to a high standard with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, laundry, 3 cable TVs, CD/radio and hair dryer. All doors leading to the pool are alarmed and a safe is also available for rent. Our local management company are available 24 hours a day to assist you.

We are located for access to the main highway to Tampa/Clearwater/St. Petersburg to the West, or Orlando/Daytona/Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space Center to the East. All of these are within an hours drive. Disney just 15 minutes away. Universal and Sea World 25 minutes drive. Golf just 3 miles away at Champions Gate, with numerous other courses within easy reach.
