Our home is located on a quiet street three blocks from spectacular Venice Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. This 2000 sq ft single story home with its three bedrooms, three baths and two car garage on the Island of Venice offers the perfect vacation. Just three blocks to historic downtown, this beautifully renovated vacation home features a king-size bed in the master bedroom just off the living room and adjacent to the lanai. The other two bedrooms each have queen-size beds, one is off the dining room and the other is off the kitchen. All the bedrooms have their own full baths. There is a spacious living room, dining room, screened lanai and well equipped eat in kitchen in the center of the house with a table service for eight plus formal china. An outside shower is available to rinse off the sand of the beach as well as beach chairs. All towels and linens are included. There is a washer, dryer and iron.

Our home will comfortably accommodate 6 and would be perfect for 2-3 couples traveling together or for a couple needing extra space to entertain friends and family. The home has a circular driveway with a well maintained lawn. There is a grapefruit tree in the backyard along with the large oak trees and azaleas for a park like setting and it is adjacent to a city green area. It is just the place for a cookout with the gas grill.
