Large master bedroom with with king size bed with views to south facing canal area and lanai. The bedroom is equipped with cable TV and has a large walk in closet. The bathroom has a glassed in shower, hand basin and facilities. The second bedroom with two twin beds has an adjacent tub, basin and facilities.
Family room has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading to the nearby pool area. Poolside table, chairs and sun loungers are available for your use. Washer and dryer located in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need except food. Unit is tiled throughout with throw rugs in convenient places.
Sorry, pets are not allowed and the unit is 'No Smoking'

Condo boat dock space is available, with advance reservations, to park your rental boat so you can enjoy secluded beaches, waterfront restaurants, or just being 'on the water.' Sanibel, Captiva and numerous other offshore islands are nearby.
Boat Rentals: Nearby mid-island marina offers boats for rental as do other providers in the area.
Activities (on site or nearby): The unit is located adjacent to the beautiful Jaycee Park, biking, golf, tennis, fitness center, water park, fishing, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, sailing, shelling on Sanibel Island and last but not least the joys of boating; island picnics, waterside restaurants and close encounters with dolphins.
