This new executive villa, which has been luxuriously fitted out as it was to originally be a private home is on a double plot affording maximum privacy and overlooking a beautiful tranquil lake with stunning views. All situated in a quiet residential area, with few neighbors and no passing traffic as there is no outlet.
This family home is furnished to the highest standard and offers over 2,400 sq. ft living space. It comprises of the master bedroom with TV and has an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath, walk-in wardrobe and 2 further bedrooms with bathroom, a large family room the entertainment centre and computer with internet access, a formal living room and dining area.
Benefits from its own electrically heated pool (charged separately). Rotonda, South West Florida is located near beautiful Cape Haze, Boca Grande & Englewood on the Gulf of Mexico. This relaxing area is the perfect spot for enjoying a laid back, quiet vacation. There are outdoor activities for every adventurer. You can jet ski, parasail, fish or charter a boat from one of the area’s marinas. There are numerous golf courses and nearby there are many beautiful beaches all within 10-15 minutes. The large open plan lounge is furnished to a superior standard as is the case throughout the villa. It is an ideal room to relax and unwind in the evenings. There is direct access to the lanai and pool via the patio doors.
This large family room overlooks the pool and beyond over the lake and conservation area. It is furnished to the same high standard throughout. You will find comfortable sofas to relax in while watching our TV satellite/DVD/VHS system. There is also a CD/radio player, games and books for your entertainment. There is computer with internet access. For additional comfort there is a ceiling fan and light. There is direct access to the pool side from this room via the patio doors.
The well appointed kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances you are likely to need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer with ice maker. In addition there are all the usual small appliances, ample cutlery and crockery.
This luxurious master bedroom has a queen size double bed and it's own private and spacious en-suite bathroom. The pool deck is accessible via patio doors. Extremely spacious en-suite bathroom with large corner bath and luxurious double sized shower with twin vanity areas.
The pool can be heated if required at an additional cost and has underwater illumination. The pool looks out onto a large picturesque lake which attracts a whole host of wildlife to the doorstep.
