The living room is grouped to enjoy the view through the sliders, which are equipped with child safety locks. The adjacent dining area conveniently is next to the very well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
The master bedroom suite has sliders to the lanai/pool area, private bath with Roman soaking tub and its own TV. Two guest bedrooms, one with queen and its own TV, one with twins, share a private bath while the fourth bedroom is next to the third bathroom. Sunset Lakes is an exclusive community with two lakes and children's playground. The preserve assures it is peaceful and quiet yet it is one of the closer communities to Disney World and all the attractions to be found in Kissimmee. Shopping and restaurants are nearby, as is golf.
