We haven't forgotten the adults either. Our main master bedroom, a paradise retreat in itself, features recently upgraded 1200 thread-count sheets and a sumptuous bedspread ensemble. Imagine sleeping on these fine Egyptian cotton sheets! This bedroom also has a full walk-in closet. In our second master bedroom we've also added 1,200 thread-count Egyption cotton sheets as well as a Daisy Fuentes designer bedding ensemble. Furthermore, each of our two master bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with shower.
Furthermore, we've added a day-bed/crib to this bedroom for the convenience of those parents with infants. The bed is very heavy-duty and features an upgraded Sealy mattress and mattess pad, finished off with ''Princess'' sheets. Please note that the day/crib is stored under the wall-monted TV. We strongly recommend moving it if you intend to use it. It's better to err on the side of caution.
After you get back from a fun-filled day of chasing the kids around Disney World, you may wish to take a swim in our crystal clear 15' x 30' heated pool (heat $125/week, or portion of a week). For the safety of your children, all pool-access doors are equipped with pool door alarms. Speaking of the pool, we have plenty of extra towels available and we made sure to equip the pool lanai area with plenty of comfortable chairs and loungers so that you can enjoy that warm Florida sun.
If you need to keep in touch with the family back home, we've just added ''high speed'' wireless Internet service and Digital Phone Service for free calling to the US, Canada, & Puerto Rico. Also recently installed are wall-mounted combination 24'' Magnavox TV/DVD/VCR units (with front AV jacks for game hookup) in every bedroom so everyone can choose their own favorite programs or movie.
Another recent addition is a big, beautiful 52'' wide-screen Vizio LCD HDTV to the living room. At the same time we added an HD DVD player. Also of importance is the addition of a digital box from the cable company. This allows you to view many TV programs in true 1080i High Definition. You'll marvel at the clairty and brillance of the colors! In fact, the picture is so good you may never want to leave the couch!
Additionally, please make use of our new game room. We converted our garage into a game room featuring a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and an air hockey table. In the garage you'll also find a washer and dryer, as well as a 2 baby strollers, and a Graco ''Running Stroller'' for your use. The Graco running stroller also features a removable Graco car seat that you're free to use in your vehicle while staying in the ''Princess Palace''. We just ask that you make sure to return it before you leave. There are also 2 portable cribs stored in the home and a high chair in the kitchen. In case you or your children want to enjoy some ''down time'' there are an assortment of board games for your use.
The kitchen in our beautiful Disney-themed home is equipped with all the comforts of home including a round oak table & 4 chairs, a dish washer, microwave oven, electric range, and large-capacity refrigerator. All kitchen amenities that you'll need are also there, including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, garbage disposer, full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, etc. Of course, all the necessary linens for the home are provided, including dish towels and dish rags. There is also a larger dining room table with 6 chairs adjacent to the kitchen to accomodate larger groups.
Please also note that there is now a Wal-Mart SuperCenter just 5 minutes from the home. There you'll find groceries, DVD movies, or any other last minute needs.
We require a $500 booking fee upon placing a reservation. This is NOT in addition to the rent, it is part of the total rent. The balance of the rent (minus the reservation fee) plus a $250 security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you leave the home in good condition with no damages the security deposit will be returned within 14 days. We do accept debit & credit cards via PayPal with a 4% service fee added. An 11% sales & lodging tax fee is added to all rentals. Pool heat is $150/week (plus tax), or portion of a week and is added to all rentals from October through April. A cleaning fee of $80 (plus tax) is charged for all rentals less than 7 nights.
