Colors inside and out reflect Florida's tropical atmosphere. The master suite is located on one side of house and other two bedrooms share a bathroom on other side. Third bathroom is located outside, on the pool deck, for your convenience. There are three seating areas. A formal living room as you enter through front doors, a quiet reading area just off this and a very comfortable family room containing TV and music center. Kitchen opens onto this room with sliding doors onto lanai. Sliding doors also open onto lanai from master suite and living room, giving a very light and bright aspect to this house.
