Located on Sanibel Island, our Sanddollar unit is a large 1600 sq. ft. Gulf Front Condo decorated in Florida beach style. It has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath and sliding glass doors that open onto a 26 foot screened lanai. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The unit sleeps 6 people. The 26 foot screened-in lanai opens up to the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen and master bedroom giving a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sanddollar is a low density complex consisting of 3 buildings, 12 units in each building with 3 floors. Sanddollar is a family friendly complex with a swimming pool, tennis courts, gas BBQ grills and patio areas. It is situated on 7 acres of tropical landscaping with a 30 foot walk to the beach via a private boardwalk. The unit is located on the second level with elevator and stair access.
