This is a year-round Cape Cod style house located 1/3 of a mile of the ocean. The house consists of a spacious cathedral ceilinged living room with paddle fan; an open dining area with a sliding glass door leading to a screened-in porch with white wicker funiture; a fully equipped kitchen; full bath; enclosed laundry area; master bedroom and two other bedrooms. There are large contemporary windows, new hardwood floors and an outside deck. Our boat dock is 1/2 mile from the house. Chappaquiddick offers privacy and miles of unspoiled beaches but you are just 1 mile from the charming shops and restaurants of Edgartown.
Swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing and clamming nearby!
