Just a 5 minute stroll through the Dunes to beautiful Sea Gull Beach. This very clean, newly renovated property has 6 large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 large eat-in kitchens, 2 full bathrooms, plus 2 outdoor showers. There is a lovely large garden with 2 barbeques, and you can see the water from here!
This home is located on a quiet winding lane that leads to the dunes and the beach. The kids will love riding their bikes around the neighborhood, and we have some bikes at the property for your use. Sea Gull Beach is the largest public beach on Cape Cod and has bathrooms, showers and a delicious snack bar. After the beach you might like to go miniature golfing, have some ice cream, pet the animals at the Zooquarium, grab a bite to eat at one of the many excellent restaurants or spend some time shopping at the great selection of stores. This and a lot more can be found only a mile off the beach to the main street, Route 28.
