This exciting 4 bedroom year-round contemporary home is 1/3 of a mile from the ocean and has 3 levels of living area. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and separate laundry room. The second floor consists of a large cathedral ceilinged living room with paddle fan and an outside deck. There is also a 20 foot long windowed, woodpaneled den complete with bumper pool table, satellite TV and VCR. There is a dining room that accommodates 10 and a fully equipped kitchen. The 3rd floor contains a master bedroom with full bath and sliding glass doors to a separate deck. Chappaquiddick offers privacy, miles of unspoiled beaches, and yet our house is only one mile from the charming shops and restaurants of Edgartown. Our boat dock is 1/2 mile from the house. Swimming, boating, hiking, fishing, clamming nearby!
