Falmouth Heights Beach is just steps away, and you'll realize how close when you feel that nice ocean breeze from the porch and patio. Original Captain's wood throughout gives this home that perfect Cape feel. Town is a quick 5 minute drive.
The ''main house'' has 3 bedrooms, a pullout double-bed sofa and two additional cots.
There is a separate ''cottage'' in back that has just been fully renovated to the highest standard. The Cottage has a trundle daybed that sleeps 2, a TV with cable and a full separate bath. This home has had many updates: enclosed patio has just completed renovations with new furniture so you can now enjoy sunsets & ocean breezes.

Brand new beds as of post-season Sept 2008 with new linens and new towels. New state of the art appliances for those families that like to cook indoors.
Parking available is for a maximum of three cars in driveway. There is beach parking, but you are so close you won't need to drive.

Bike rentals in town
Whale watching tours, fishing trips etc.
Take the ''Island Queen'' over to Martha's Vineyard for the day (less than 5 min car ride or 5 - 10 min. walk to avoid addt'l parking charges).
Vacation rental rates:
Saturday to Saturday rental:
Each weekly rental is $3600 (incl Main house & cottage) + $200 cleaning fee. Please note: The separate cottage sleeps two additional people and has been very handy for grand parents or families visiting.
-$500 refundable security deposit
For multiple weeks, a negotiated rate will be provided.
Monthly Rental: $8,000 - $10,000 (July)$8,000 - $10,000(August)
Season (12 weeks/neg) $30,000
