Separate cottage in back that has just been fully renovated to the highest standard. Cottage has a trundle daybed that sleeps 2, has a tv with cable and a full separate bath. This home has had many updates: enclosed patio has just completed renovations with new furniture so you can now enjoy sunsets & ocean breezes.

Brand new beds as of Sept 2008 with new linens and new towels. New state of the art appliances for those families that like to cook indoors.
Parking available is for a maximum of three cars in driveway.

There is beach parking, but you are so close you won't need to drive.

Vacation rental amenities:

Whale watching tours, fishing trips etc.
Take the ''Island Queen'' over to Martha's Vineyard for the day (less than 5 min car ride or 5 - 10 min. walk to avoid addt'l parking charges).
Vacation rental rates:
Saturday to Saturday rental:
Each weekly rental is $3700 (house only) + $150 cleaning fee. If you need more space, the cottage can be added for $400 and sleeps two additional people. Please note that this adds $50 to the cleaning fee as well.
-$500 refundable security deposit
For multiple weeks, a negotiated rate will be provided.
