It's a few minutes' walk to the Harwich Conservation Lands for a morning jaunt, or to Brooks Library for story hour, or Brooks park for evening concerts, or the Recreation center for exercise rooms and youth programs, or to watch the Harwich Mariners play ball. Bank St. Beach is only 2.5 miles away. Sand Pond, the perfect place for swimming lessons for the kids, and Long Pond, one of the largest and most serene ponds on the Cape, are a short drive.

The Hannah Zoe House is ideal for family getaways any time of the year. In September walk to the annual Harwich Cranberry Festival. Gather the whole family at Thanksgiving and Christmastime. Or host a Spring wedding. Available: Sept. through June $800/week, $1100-2700/mo.

The Hannah Zoe House is a charming, beautiful, simply furnished antique with wide pine board floors, original Victorian molding, high ceilings, lots of windows, and warmth. One bedroom and a full bath are located on the first floor along with a large living room with fireplace, a family room with wood stove, a kitchen with eating area and a separate dining room. The second floor has a master bedroom with dressing area and study, two large bedrooms and one small bedroom, a hallway sitting area and a full bath. The yard features a fully fenced backyard with deck, grill area with picnic table, wooden swingset, adirondack chairs under shade trees, flower beds and an herb garden. The house comes complete with books and toys for children and adults of all ages, beach toys and chairs. Come enjoy the Cape the way families have for centuries.
