Second floor has living/dining area, kitchen and 1/2 bath, guest bedroom, deck overlooking the moors, stairway to loft area and widows walk with panoramic views of the water and breathtaking sunsets. The basement is a completely finished, inviting playroom with a sectional couch, TV, DVD, and surround sound stereo, twin bed, ping-pong table and washer and dryer. Tennis courts available. Easy access to bike path and shuttle bus. 4/10 mile to Nantucket sound and 2 miles to Madaket beach.
