Nestled in the trees down a private driveway, this 3 year old cape is located 50 feet from Lake Ashumet and a sandy beach. Wake to the beauty of the water from all south facing windows, including the great room and the open kitchen and dining area. The lake has excellent fishing for trout and bass (we leave a few fishing rods w/hooks and bobbers for the kids). It's almost 60' deep in some places, and there's lots of room for swimming,water skiing, canoeing and sailing.
Warm water Ocean Beach (Southcape) is only 15 minutes away.
The main living area consists of a 24 x 40 combination great room, kitchen and dining area with cathedral ceiling and skylites. Two sets of sliders lead to a 28' main living area deck overlooking the water. There are 3 bedrooms on this level with 2 baths.The bed layout is as follows: 1 Queen,1 Full,1 set of twins. The second floor has a 20'x20' loft with a balcony overlooking the living area. There is a sleep sofa(Queen size)and beautiful views in the loft....

The bedrooms have window a/c units.
There is a 20'x40' semi finished walkout basement at ground level with 3 sets of sliders and a 28' deck overlooking the water. The upper and lower decks face south for sun lovers. There is a 4'x16' dock for swimming and boating.Also there is a canoe and rowboat for you to enjoy.Sorry no Jetskis allowed on the property or the dock.
Cape cod is a golfers paradise with 100 courses available.There are 5 courses just a short drive from the house.
Warm water Ocean Beach(Southcape)is just 15 minutes away.

Warm water ocean beach is only 15 minutes away. Bring your own boat or canoe and leave it at our dock,or use our rowboat and canoe. There are excellent local restaurants with freshly caught fish and the best ''Chowda'' around. There are all kinds of kids fare close by & great upscale shopping, cafes & bistros at Mashpee Commons 10 minutes away.
