Pond Village, North Truro. A perfect combination of a very private, quiet and peaceful environment within walking distance of Truro Library, Puma Park (the wonderful new playground for children), Dutra's Market, cafes and restaurants. Fresh water ponds, biking and nature trails, kayaking, famous Truro Highland Links Golf Course, Historic Lighthouse and Museum nearby. 4 miles to Provincetown, 5 miles to Wellfleet. Ride to Provincetown by the shuttle bus, which stops right outside house. Enjoyable walk or bike to Pond Village bay beach, easy ride to ocean beaches. Access to all Truro beaches.
Had a simply wonderful time at this special home. It was wonderful to be surrounded by interesting books, paintings, artwork and lovely gardens. The yard gets wonderful sun, and the water fountain and special plantings make the outdoor area as pretty and relaxing as you hope it might be.
The location is convenient to all parts of the Outer Cape, and there are restaurants and beaches in walking and biking distance. I'd never hesitate to book here again, and recommend it to anyone who loves the Outer Cape.
