Upstairs and downstairs decks. Separate dining room, full kitchen. Post and beam, plaster walls. Three tiled full baths. One with a two person whirlpool tub. Two master bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. Fourth bedroom with two very comfortable double bed sized futon sofas can double as a large family room. Beaches: Short walk (8 Minutes) to Philbin, the sandy beautiful ocean beach-just for the town residents of this tiny town. Menemsha pond beach, at Lobsterville, is a five minute drive- a wonderful flat water beach for children and swimmers. Also 5 minutes away is the West Basin Beach on the Vineyard Sound. Martha's Vineyard has many long walking trails, golf courses, movie theaters, restaurants, book stores, beaches, riding trails. There is swimming, body surfing, surfing, biking, birding, fishing, boating.
