Nocket Downs, built in the 1950's, is located in beautiful Blacksmith Valley with private access to two ponds and a beach in Aquinnah. Our spacious year round family home is cozy and inviting, with lots of open living areas. The addition of a generous family/studio room in the 1970's adds great flexibility and mobility to our home. The views of Squibnocket Pond and Noman's Land are breathtaking, especially from our newly expanded deck. You will want to catch every glorious sunset. Squibnocket Beach is just a short walk from our front door, and private access to Zach's Cliff beach is 10 minutes by car. Extensive flower gardens and flowering shrubbery surround our home and there are organic vegetables and beautiful flowers for cutting also grown on the property. This private setting with its fabulous views is one of the best-kept secrets on the Vineyard.
