Nocket Downs is located in beautiful Blacksmith Valley with private access to two ponds and a beach in Aquinnah. This spacious year-round family home is cozy and inviting. It has lots of open living areas, including a generous family room and studio and a huge deck. The views of Squibnocket Pond and Nomans Land are breathtaking. You will want to catch every glorious sunset.
Squibnocket Beach is just a short walk away, and private access to Zack's Cliff beach is 10 minutes by car. Extensive flower gardens and shrubbery surround the home. Organic vegetables and beautiful flowers for cutting also grown on the property. This private setting with its fabulous views is one of the best-kept secrets on the Vineyard.
