LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! In the sought-after East Chop area of Oak Bluffs Harbor. Walk to everything--the beaches, downtown, shopping, resturants, trails, parks, ferry, etc. Our charming circa 1850 home was completely renovated 3 years ago. However, we maintained its original charm and character. There are ocean water views of Vineyard Sound and beyond, right into Oak Bluffs harbor. Watch the boats go by & relax on the porch.
This home offers plenty for extended family and friends. The bedrooms are all sizeable. There are two 2nd floor master bedrooms, each with a king size bed. One master has a balcony with water views, the other is a sunk-in master bedroom located at the opposite end of house. Additionally there are 2 more bedrooms with two twin beds in each. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and 1/2 bath. On the 3rd floor there is a turret/tower room with a daybed, TV, table and chairs for games. Our house has 4 bathrooms: two full and two half.

Plus there's an outdoor shower! Conveniently located near the outside shower just inside the house is a full laundry room with a washer & dryer. The home's first level floor plan consists of the open living room leading into an open kitchen area. This home is large & spaciously laid out for extended family. We also have a pieceful back patio area for outdoor grilling!
The property sits on a large elevated private lot in the sought after section of East Chop. Our property actually consists of three lots allowing plenty of privacy. It is a peaceful, quiet, tree lined neighborhood of Plymouth Park. We are near Jetty Beach; it's just a two minute walk.
