closet and storage space. 15 minute stroll to Main St. Walk into town for dinner and cab back! Approximately 1.5 miles from Surfside Beach. Close to bike path.
Front porch and rear deck for relaxing and entertaining. Fully enclosed outdoor shower
for washing off after the beach.
Built in 1995 by the previous owner, this home has been very well maintained and is a great base for exploring the island.

Main house or cottage available for long term or winter rental. Cottage is 3 bed 1 bath with hardwood throughout. Built in 2001. Washer and dryer, off-street parking, private yard, furnished. $2000 + utils. Main house $3500 + utils.
Downstairs bedrooms and bath. No ramp, but accessible over two single step
areas.

House is on quiet side street with off-street parking. On-island property manager.

Our summer renters stayed with us 3 years in a row and then bought their own house, so the summer season is open!
