Newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath home waterfront home with Central Air on gorgeous one-acre property. Located on a 26 acre fresh water swimming pond, our home we lovingly call ''On Depot Pond'' was built with complete focus on its gorgeous waterfront.
''On Depot Pond'' is the ideal place for vacationing with one family or two. There is separate sleeping and lounging space and baths on both sides of the house with living room and dining room in between plus additional sleeping & play area upstairs. Lots of space for sharing time together while allowing for privacy and time alone at the end of the day.
There is a King master bedroom and full bath to left of living room, two bedrooms (1Q/2T), full bath and separate den to the right. Upstairs is a third partially open sleeping area with 3 beds (1F/2T) with large windows overlooking the pond.
The oversized living room, dining room and kitchen (plus breakfast bar) with granite counter tops are all located pondfront.
