Brand new custom home completed in January 2004! Built on two secluded acres just one and a half miles from gorgeous Long Point Beach, on the south side of the Island. A Trustees of Reservation beach, the ocean side has long stretches of sandy beach, just over the dunes inland is a freshwater pond for the kids to explore and play in safely. Or take a walk on the nature trails! Also close to Island bike trails, three major towns, and the airport. There is a nice selection of movies, games and puzzles for the family. Horseshoes and Bocce, too! Large deck w/a Weber gas BBQ. Large soaking tub for two (or 3 kids!) in master bath. Ping Pong and Foosball table in basement. Beach toys for building sandcastles, boogie boards for riding the waves. Teak deck furniture, screened-in sun porch. Enclosed outdoor shower. Baby bouncy seat, baby floor play mat, baby monitor.

Absolutely no pets, absolutely no smoking! Linens are not provided but all beds have 2-4 pillows and down comforters in the winter, quilts in the summer. Towels, beach sheets and beach towels ARE provided! Cleaning is included! New in 2009 - a flat screen TV in the family room and master bedroom!
