The house is ideal for either one large or two different families as it actually offers two separate living rooms, two enclosed porches overlooking the water, and even two full kitchens! Located high on a bluff just 5-7 minutes from the beautiful, private, Manomet Beach, the views from both of the enclosed porches are terrific. Enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the horizon, or view beach and water activity throughout the day with views all the way to P-Town.
The spacious, comfortable, first-floor living room is graced by a huge fieldstone fireplace for cool, romantic evenings. All furnishings, including the kitchenware, furniture and electronics, are brand new, (see Further Description below)
