Lovely six bedroom restored antique home (see below for details on restored barn for up to 18 people total!) that is great for family gatherings, and ideal for three or four families, main house with two staircases leading to separate bed/ bath wings. Rambling home on beautifully landscaped level property with century old trees, climbing roses and hydrangeas. Two living rooms with fireplaces & wide pine floors, three televisions with cable, brick patio, 12x28 enclosed sun room. Main house capacity is 14.
Barn Details - We also have a restored barn with tile floor kitchen, full bath and huge open upstairs sleeping area for 4. The barn is about 30 feet from the house on the same property. It is ideal for grandparents or another family to have their own space and the same vacation. The cost is $900 for one week, which includes linens. WITH BARN THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE FOR THE PROPERTY IS 18 - Maximum space is for 6 autos...

Less than a mile to Belmont Road Beach on Nantucket Sound, a great family beach in Harwich. Accommodates parking and every young child amenity. It is airy and bright with plenty of room to spread out. It has a large, flat yard that is ideal for young children, a Weber gas barbecue and plenty of outdoor seating for summer entertaining. The living space is casual and comfortable. The home is fully equipped with everything one could want for a Cape Cod vacation. If you don't see it, simply ask!
Not enough room? See our 3 bedroom - in Harwich also...Harwich is located in the mid-Cape area of Cape Cod on Nantucket Sound with miles of ocean and freshwater beaches. The Cape Cod Rail Trail for bicycling runs through the town, and there are well over 600 acres of open space and conservation lands for walking, jogging and bird watching. Launch a kayak or boat down the street on the Herring River or explore Cape Cod’s largest fresh water pond, the 720 acre Long Pond. Miniature golf, trampolines and go-carts are just minutes away, as are restaurants, day spas, summer stock, movie theaters, Cape Cod summer league baseball and great shopping. Wonderful public golf courses and tennis are close by. Harwich Port’s three gorgeous harbors beg to be photographed and provide easy ferry service to Nantucket and Seal Watches on beautiful Monomoy Island. Chatham's lighthouse, boutiques and fine dining are just 10 minutes down the road as are Cape Cod National Seashore and lighthouses galore (Nauset, 3 Sisters, Truro). Provincetown's Pilgrim Monument, whale watches, shops, shows, art galleries and restaurants make for a wonderful day trip.
