It is located within a 1.5 mile radius of Mink Meadows Golf Course, Tashmoo Bight Town Beach, Owen Park Beach, and the West Chop Light. The West Chop Woods with its well- maintained walking trails, is just across the street and is a wonderful place for morning or afternoon hikes. The trip into town for all the restaurants and shops on Main Street is just five minutes by car or a pleasant 15-minute walk, and public transportation with access to all the other island towns and beaches is a mere five-minute walk.

The house was customed designed and offers an open floor plan on the ground floor, perfect for interacting with friends and family. Down a short hall are three bedrooms, one with twin beds, and a full bath with washer and dryer. Off the dining room in the rear of the house is a spacious deck with a gas grill. Upstairs, the generous master bedroom suite overlooks the living room and has a wood burning fireplace and a private sunporch. The house is fully air conditioned, but also has windows situated to capture the breezes and quiet ceiling fans in every room. The house has wireless internet for your convenience.
