Ongoing renovations to this original parcel, once reserved for the founders of Ocean Heights, affords privacy, choice location and facilities for generous entertaining.

The first thing one can do at the property is relax and do any of the things that privacy would allow. We are waterfront and we offer a canoe and a kayak to enjoy it at no additional expense. We provide many game sets such as badminton, croquet and bocce ball, but any games that require the space of a large lawn to the water are possible.
A sandy beach is a tenth of a mile, short walk, away and our Property Manager can be readily available to help tenants with any property specific issues. Our porch with its 6 Adirondack chairs is a popular gathering place to relax and enjoy the views while our dining room has service for 16 persons.
