Expansive waterviews from every room of this completely renovated, large three bedroom home on close to an acre of land. An oversized deck features a gas grill and a big hot tub (always hot!!) overlooking the water. Kitchen has brand new appliances including a huge Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Wolf gas cooktop set into beautiful granite countertops. The house has two large living rooms to provide adults and children separate common areas. A large sunroom can be virtually turned into a screened-in porch by opening the 6- and 16-foot sliders. Air conditioning provides relief from the summer heat.
Master bedroom has a custom built driftwood bed and newly rennovated private bath with large stone shower with two heads. Other two bedrooms have a king and two twins respectively. A futon and a day bed are available in the second living room.
Everything in the house is brand new and top of the line... this is no Cape Cod cottage. Don't forget your kayaks!

We have 160 feet of waterfront on Town Cove, which provides boat access to the Outer Beach, Nauset Marsh, Nauset Harbor, Nauset Inlet, and the Atlantic Ocean. You can have a picnic on the Outer Beach by boat, try catching a fish from the backyard, kayak or sail the waterways. At low tide, dig for littleneck clams, while at high tide, grab your tevas and take a swim in the Cove. We are not on a sandy beach, but you can still enjoy a swim or floating on a raft. The house has a huge yard with lounge chairs to soak up the rays. On hot days, enjoy reading a book in the cental air conditioning, or simply sit and watch the boats go by. On a rainy day, kids can play video games on X-Box or board games. Adults can watch the game or a movie on the big screen tv or jump in the hot tub and watch the rain hit the water (our favorite time). We have high speed wireless cable internet, so you can bring your computer. We have an office in the house if you do have to do work while on vacation.
We are very close to town, shopping, the supermarket, restaurants, beaches and ponds. The drive-in movie theater is always a good time. Goose Hummock provides kayak and canoe rentals and lessons, and bait, boating, and fishing supplies. You can rent a kayak and kayak back to the house in 15 minutes!
We, the owners, are a laid back young couple who live in a small apartment over the garage. We will respect your privacy and space (this place is YOUR HOME for the week). We can also be available for directions, recommendations, or any other questions.
