This newly renovated lovely home enjoys a wonderful setting less than 100 yards to a private waterside grassy area, another 100 feet and you are at, Historical Windmill Beach (ideal for seniors and children) with 1/2 of a mile to a huge South Yarmouth Public Beach. The private riverside lot is for recreational purposes, such as swimming, boating, bathing, sunbathing, and the launching of boats. This is an idle spot to sit and relax while watching the boats go by. You can walk to two public beaches. Completely fenced-in yard providing lots of privacy. Detached apartment with additional bedroom and full bathroom above. The yard is very safe for children, since there are very few cars and the home is 60 yards from any major road.
