Beautiful 3 bedroom Cape, 1/4 mile to Popponesset Beach. This home is very nicely furnished and offers many ammenities (gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor fireplace) to make your vacation comfortable and relaxing.
Walk five minutes to beach. The neighborhood is safe and private for biking and strolls to the water. There is a boat launch nearby.
The main floor provides a master suite, large living room, bright dining area near well - equipped kitchen and a comfortable family room with television and fireplace. Upstairs are two bedrooms and second full bathroom.
The house is bright with skylights, cool with air conditioning and fans and surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Close by attractions are Mashpee Commons (upscale shopping center), great restuarants, and movie theatre. Drive 25 minutes to the ferry boats for an exciting day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.
House is fully equipped with gas grill, outside fireplace, microwave, cable, vcr, outside shower, DSL line. All linens included. Plenty of beach chairs. Enjoy our backyard with very private deck and back patio. |
