The newly-built, over-sized deck has 6 chaise lounges, two tables and chairs, a gas grill, etc. for outdoor entertaining. The expansive private 3/4 acre property includes a swing set for the little ones, badminton, basketball, croquet and tennis (at the association courts) for the adults. The studio apartment over the garage is ideal for grandparents or a couple with a baby.
There are three floors of living area so you can all be together or find a quiet space for your own private time. Beds include 1 king, 3 queens, 4 twins. All rooms are air-conditioned, and there is a large screen television in the living room and smaller TV's in the downstairs family room and the studio over the garage.
