Lovely immaculate newly-remodeled home located at the end of a cul-de-sac road. Beautiful, sunny and fully-applianced kitchen with a large island and four bar stools for casual eating or kids projects. The living room is very comfortable with a new sectional for those lazy days and nights, and the dining room which opens to the living room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining. The master bedroom has its own private bath, while the two twin bedrooms share the other bath.
The kitchen slider leads to a large deck and patio furnished with patio and wicker furniture and a new webber gas grill. The backyard is perfect for playing croquet or just resting in the hammock.

This is a wonderful location just south of Rte 28 and near gorgeous Dowses' Beach which is wonderful for small children. For active teenagers world-famous Craigville Beach is just a short drive from the house.
The village of Osterville, which is gorgeous, still maintains its charm from yesteryear and is filled with baskets of flowers throughout the summer. There are small intimate old-fashioned shops and restaurants to enjoy as well as spectacular ocean drives. Hyannis is about 5 miles away, where there are restaurants of every type, movie theatres, shopping, mini golf as well as regular golf. |
