Sunny, large 3 floor, 3 bedroom townhouse with large private deck and parking for 2 cars. Located in quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk to Gallery District, restaurants and harbor beaches. Master bedroom on third floor has cathedral ceiling, two skylights, ceiling fan, and large private bath with tub and shower. Two bedrooms on second floor share a bath with tub and shower. These bedrooms are roomy and each have two large windows for great sun and summer breezes. Kitchen has all new appliances. Hardwood floors throughout 1st and 2nd floors. Washer/dryer in basement. Private deck with Weber gas grill and outdoor furniture overlooks yard. Great place for summertime meals outdoors. 5-minute drive or short bike ride to National Seashore beaches and 15-minute drive to golf course. Owner loves to cook so the kitchen is well equipped.
