This house is laid out for maximizing the beautiful bay view, seen from the living and dining rooms, porch, and master bedroom.
This ''upside down'' house has a second floor great room- a large open hexagonal room with a wood paneled 15 foot cathedral ceiling (entire left side of house in the picture). The kitchen, living room and dining areas are here. The many windows around this room bring in light and a nice breeze. Watch the sun set across the bay behind Provincetown (and see it rise in the East).
The kitchen is well equipped for families that like to cook a lot, since we use it ourselves for big family meals. Since the kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms, the cooks are never cut off from the action in the rest of the house.
The second floor porch has a grill and table for a sunset dinner.
The sunny master bedroom (right side of picture) and a full bath are also on the 2nd floor. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath.
