A perfect spot to unwind, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the sea...This beautiful home is also just a short distance to fresh water swimming ponds as well as a quaint downtown with restaurants, an ice cream parlor, natural food store, pizza parlors, a beach store and antique stores. Bike the Cape Cod Bike Trail, kayak or paddle the Herring River, hike the trails in the conservation land, or take the Harwich ferry to Nantucket for the day. Also, the award winning Harwich Junior Theater is a just a short walk from the house. Convenient to several wonderful golf courses, miniature golf, trampolines, go-cart racing, the Dennis theatre complex, the Cape Theatre, the Cape Cod Museum of Fine Art, Dick and Ellie's flea market. 'We have had such a wonderful time here. We love all the small attention to detail in all of the rooms as well as the gardens. The outdoor spaces are articulated so nicely - we really appreciated and used all of them. Usually as a family, when we have an occasion to celebrate we come to the Cape. This has been the BEST house we have ever had here. It helped so much to make our mom's 85th birthday a big success. A joyful time! The fire pit was a great addition - all 12 of us sat around making, of course, S'mores. The kitchen worked great for this many people and when we could eat outside we all fit nicely at the picnic tables. You are very thoughtful in everything and it did not go unnoticed on us. Oh, yes the sun room was a very comfortable gathering place even for this many people. The outdoor shower was a real hit, especially the birds nest in the rose vine. Saturday Farm is everything we anticipated and more. The house was a joy to be in with all the wonderful art, books and lovingly furnished rooms. (Love the tea pots!) Our meals around the dining room tabel are now fond memories that we will carry forever - especially 'Lobster Night'.
