Pocasset Info and area map
This spectacular beach house was built in the Romantic Italianate style architecture in 1875 to be the grandest beach house in the area. We think you will agree it is just that. Enormous double hung windows allow light and air to flow under the nicely furnished wrap-around porch. High ceilings, grand staircase, and large rooms ensure your relaxation without ever leaving the property.
The property exudes history and brings out the best in people who have an appreciation for the past. It lends itself well to two small families vacationing together. In fact, three families return every summer and have made our property a fixture in their upcoming summers.
You can walk to two beaches, public tennis courts, and a breakfast cafe. There are excellent kayaking opportunities nearby.
Spring and fall are both superb times of year to pay a visit to the Cape—beautiful warm (but not hot) weather and a slower, quieter pace than the busy summer weeks.
