Our L-shaped ranch style home is located in the desirable Highwood village of New Seabury. The house provides ample space for large / extended families to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. From the bright and airy interior, 9 sets of glass sliding doors open onto the rear patio and pool area. An in-ground kidney shaped pool with diving board, an assortment of outdoor furniture and gas grill, maximize the use of this sunny ''outdoor room''. On the front side of the house, sliding doors lead onto a private fence enclosed patio. Inside, the furnishings are cozy & comfortable. While Cable TV and DVD/VCR can be found, the entertainment room also has a large assortment of games and puzzles for family fun. Beneath the cathedral ceiling of the Great Room, are the galley kitchen, dining area and sunken livingroom. Private baths accompany each of the 4 bedrooms. A full size laundryroom completes the floorplan. Short walk to marketplace and beach. Fully equipped for summer enjoyment.
